NEW CLIENTS & ONLINE BOOKING 

New clients will require a $50 deposit, which will be deducted from the cost of your service.

All online bookings will require a $50 deposit, which will be deducted from the total cost of your service.


CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations.

Repeat no shows or cancellations will be required to pay $50 to hold any future bookings.
No show clients and late cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee covering the total cost of the appointment

Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is within 24 hours of appointment.


BOOKED SERVICES

Guests will receive and confirmation message 48 hours prior to their appointment. If message has not been confirmed (y) or (n) we will contact you via phone, if unanswered/unconfirmed we reserve the right to cancel appointment within the 24 hours of appointment time.

Booked services cannot be cancelled on the day of the appointment.
